A peek over the fence and you find the farmhouse which used to be the home of the Lords of the Manor of ‘Newbold-de-Vurdun’. Close by is the site of a much earlier moated medieval hall. The building became the farmhouse we see today in the mid to late 1970’s

Located opposite the War Memorial, at the time of the first photograph this was 2 separate dwellings. The building has now been converted into a single dwelling.
